Survey & Report
Prior to jumping into a modernization program for your elevators, we perform an initial survey and report. During this phase the elevator equipment is reviewed and checked for compliance to the National Elevator Code A17.3, ADA and other applicable local codes. Each major component is reviewed to evaluate whether it should be replaced or retained under the modernization program.
A typical report will include a simulated traffic anaylsis to ensure the speed and capacity of the newly modernized system meets the needs of your tenants traffic movements.
The findings of our surveys are summarized and provided to you in a report with digital pictures and color graphics to highlight options and allow you to make informative decisions on the project.

Contract Documents/Project Management
With feedback and input from you, we prepare highly detailed contract documents including performance-based specifications, contract drawings, and maintenance guidelines. The bid documents are designed to open up the bidding process so that all major elevator companies can bid on the project.
Once the project has been put out to bid, we prepare a spreadsheet showing all the bid results and make a recommendation based on which elevator contractor provides the best value to your project. After we review and approve the elevator contractors' shop drawings, we closely monitor your job to ensure that the work is executed in the most efficient manner with the least amount of interruption to your buildings ongoing operation. At the completion of the modernization we perform extensive peformance reviews on each elevator and confirm that all work has been completed as contracted.
