During the Schematic Design phase we work closely with your design team to ensure that the right number, speed and size of elevators are selected. Different options and value engineering alternatives are presented.
As the project moves to the Design Development phase we continue to explore options and support your design teamwith preliminary drawings, structural, electrical, and mechanical loads. Our simulated traffic analysis is finalized and a final recommendation is made on the elevator layout that adds the most value to your project.
Construction Documents/Project Management
During the Contract Document phase, we utilize our comprehensive database of performance-based specifications and AutoCAD drawings to prepare complete documents in a timely manner. All Word documents and AutoCAD drawings are matched to your project's format to ensure consistency throughout.
Once the elevator contractor has been selected, we continue to save you time and money by reviewing the shop drawings submitted and performing onsite progress reviews. Throughout the construction project we are available to support your design team. At the completion of the project, we follow through to make sure all equipment has been installed per contract documents and in compliance with local and national codes.
